Richard Davis - Chief Executive Officer

Richard DavisRichard is responsible for providing strategic direction and day-to-day operational leadership for Avectra. He brings more than 30 years of sales, marketing and operational experience in the technology industry into his role as chief executive officer.

Richard started his career in technology with several cutting-edge software companies, gaining extensive experience developing strategy and growing revenue. His international experience includes managing operations throughout Europe, China, Mexico and Panama.

Richard most recently served as president and CEO for Ultimus, Inc. Previous CEO positions also include Ardence, Inc., and Rand McNally and Company. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Boston area non-profit From the Top, which showcases America’s best young musicians, as well as AccuRev, Inc., a software change and configuration management (SCCM) solution provider.


Craig Dellorso - Vice President, Enterprise Sales

Craig DellorsoCraig is responsible for all sales of products and services to netFORUM Enterprise clients. In addition to bringing in new business, he helps clients increase their returns on investment with netFORUM by identifying new ways to address business challenges and providing recommendations for additional technology initiatives.

Craig previously served as chief information officer for the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), where he spearheaded the integration of multiple disparate systems into one accessible database. During his tenure, he increased the benefits and services provided to members and staff while significantly reducing overall IT costs.

Craig completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Naval Academy and received his MBA from Marymount University.

Patrick Dorsey - Vice President, Marketing

Patrick DorseyPatrick is responsible for worldwide marketing, including demand generation, product marketing and corporate communications. In addition, he is responsible for expanding marketing's role as a driver for Avectra’s continued growth in both new and existing market segments.

Most recently, Patrick was netFORUM Team and Pro’s director of sales. Previously, he played a lead role in launching Avectra’s initial SaaS product, netFORUM OnDemand. In addition to helping build the initial customer base, he was responsible for many of netFORUM OnDemand’s internal operations including marketing, services and support. Prior to joining Avectra, Patrick was at Siebel Systems where he managed go-to market initiatives to support the domestic re-launch and international roll-out of Siebel’s CRM OnDemand product.

Patrick has authored several articles in leading industry publications on on-demand association management solutions and has spoken at numerous industry tradeshows and conferences.

Patrick is a graduate of Hamilton College.

Darryl Hopkins - Vice President, Professional Services

Darryl HopkinsDarryl oversees project management, software engineering and analyst teams that deliver solutions for the company’s netFORUM Enterprise installations.

Darryl has held several key roles since beginning his career at Avectra in 1998, including technical director, where he managed the technical services teams, conducted design sessions and coordinated among multiple departments during the implementation process. Darryl also developed Avectra’s technical training curriculum and has overseen Avectra’s pool of technical trainers and netFORUM documentation, including the Avectra Wiki.

Prior to joining Avectra, Darryl was the database manager and system administrator for a trade association that used Avectra’s association management software, as well as a staff assistant for a professional association where he helped with membership, events and various IT tasks. Darryl also spent five years on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant and political campaign aide for two members of Congress.

Darryl is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

Tammy Larson - Vice President, Customer Support

Tammy LarsonAs Avectra’s vice president of customer support, Tammy oversees the overall management of all customer support activities and leads initiatives focused on developing long-term relationships with Avectra customers — including netFORUM Enteprise, netFORUM Pro, netFORUM Pro for Real Estate Associations and netFORUM Team.

Tammy has more than 17 years of experience in providing customer service to technology customers and has held executive management positions in operations and customer support. Prior to joining Avectra, Tammy was the vice president, customer support services and operations at Dedicated Micros Inc. Previously, Tammy spent eight years at the Association for Supervision & Curriculum Development (ASCD), a 160,000+ member organization, where she was responsible for the operations of the front line inbound customer service contact center, data entry operations, inventory & product fulfillment.

Tammy attended George Mason University and has accumulated over 400 hours of professional development training in management, leadership, customer service, and call center best practices.

Brad Layman - Vice President, On Demand Sales

Brad LaymanBrad oversees the sales team for Avectra’s on-demand products. As a key member of our senior leadership team, he is focused on supporting existing netFORUM Team & Pro users and expanding the company’s customer base.

Brad previously served as vice president of sales and marketing for VSGi, a leading integrator of video, voice, Web, data collaboration and communications solutions. Before joining VSGi, he was vice president of U.S. sales for Cable and Wireless, a provider of IP networking and enterprise hosting solutions.

He also helped drive significant sales growth while serving in top management positions at Dynamicsoft, a leading provider of carrier class infrastructure software, and UUNet, one of the world’s largest IP network providers.

Brad is a graduate of Bethany College.

Russ Odom - Vice President, Finance

Russ OdomRuss brings more than 17 years of finance and accounting experience to his role at Avectra, in which he oversees the company's finance, accounting and administrative operations. Russ has a track record of successfully managing the accounting and finance operations for growth-oriented technology companies.

Most recently, he was the vice president of finance for Vovici, a leader in enterprise feedback management software. Russ began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young.

Russ is a graduate of the University of Maryland and an active member of the AICPA and MACPA.

Don Prodehl - Vice President, Research & Development

Don ProdehlDon leads the technology team and manages the direction and strategy for all of Avectra’s products. With more than 19 years of experience providing technical solutions to the association industry, Don has planned and implemented e-business, e-Commerce and Internet strategies for more than 200 associations and has participated in more than 100 system implementations.

Prior to joining Avectra, Don was the vice president of technology and product management at CVENT, an Internet-based application service provider specializing in electronic marketing, online event management and business intelligence. His background includes executive positions at association management system vendors and SMITHBUCKLIN, the largest U.S. association management firm for trade associations, professional societies and corporations.

Don completed his undergraduate studies at Augustana College and earned an MBA from the Keller School of Management.

John Warner - Vice President, Sales & Operations

John WarnerJohn leads the sales engineering and proposal development teams for netFORUM Enterprise. Prior to Avectra, John worked for an association technology vendor and served in all areas of the company including sales, marketing and project implementation. John’s background also includes work with Thomas Havey, where he served as the director of consulting and assisted non-profit clients with internal control reviews and strategic plan development, and KPMG, where he specialized in the non-profit sector.

He is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
