Richard Comstock - Senior Managing Director
Richard Comstock leads Avectra's channel partner initiative focused on the development of a business platform that provides partners with a comprehensive understanding of the company's suite of products, industry trends and best practices. Richard's 6+ years of experience in leading, developing and managing strategic planning and implementation efforts with netFORUM Pro, Social CRM, vertical markets and managed services are an invaluable asset to customers and partners alike.
Prior to joining Avectra, Richard was the director of IT and marketing at the Association of Old Crows (AOC), where he managed the selection process and implementation of a new association management solution. His background also includes serving four years in the United States Marine Corps spending time in Japan, South Korea, and Zambia in south-central Africa.

Marla Dockery - Director, Partner Programs
Marla leads Avectra's partner programs, which include both implementation partners and product partners. During her time with Avectra, Marla has implemented both netFORUM products (Pro and Enterprise). Most recently, she managed the netFORUM Pro implementation team. Prior, she served as a netFORUM Enterprise project manager, implementing several large full implementation projects, including one of Avectra's largest Enterprise clients. Marla earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2009.

Colleen McGarry - Managing Director, Avectra Chicago & Director of Avectra Training
Colleen is responsible for the Avectra training department as well as the day to day operations of the Chicago office. Colleen and her team have worked with Avectra's customers for over 14 years. They help new and existing Avectra customers to increase their technology ROI, provide top notch on-line customer self-service and allow their staff to focus on strategy and new services
Colleen previously served as the Associate Director of one of the American Hospital Association's personal membership groups (ASHMM). She has managed large events and trade shows, implemented new AMS systems and helped increase sales and revenue for several associations before coming to Avectra.
Colleen completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois and earned her MBA at the University of Chicago. She earned her PMP and is an active member of PMI.

Wayne Pham - Managing Director, netFORUM and MemberFuse Customer Support
Wayne Pham has over 8 years of technical and association experience including software development and customer service. Since joining Avectra in 2003, Wayne has been a Team Manager for netFORUM Enterprise Support as well as developed and maintained upgrade procedures for netFORUM Enterprise customers.
In his current role, Wayne oversees a pool of netFORUM Enterprise Technical Support Representatives/Engineers, Upgrade Engineers, and Account Managers as well as the netFORUM Pro and MemberFuse customer support teams.

Dana Pisano, PMP - Senior Director, Professional Services
Dana leads the implementation services team for the netFORUM Enterprise, netFORUM Pro and MemberFuse products for Avectra. She is responsible for the overall management of project managers, business analysts, and developers who have successfully implemented over 500 customers since the launch of the netFORUM product. With over 15 years of experience in providing business analysis and management, she has streamlined the methodologies used at Avectra and assisted many customers on process improvement.
Prior to Avectra, Dana worked for a leading hospitality technology vendor, National Guest Systems (now Visual One), whose flagship products are implemented for hotels, conference centers and regional sales and marketing offices. In her role as a System Analyst, Dana supported over 200 sales offices in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Her background includes project management, process improvement, training and customer support.

John Warner - Vice President, Solution Engineering
John leads the sales engineering and proposal development teams for netFORUM Enterprise. Prior to Avectra, John worked for an association technology vendor and served in all areas of the company including sales, marketing and project implementation. John's background also includes work with Thomas Havey, where he served as the director of consulting and assisted non-profit clients with internal control reviews and strategic plan development, and KPMG, where he specialized in the non-profit sector.

Mark Zigadlo - Director of Information and Technology
Mark serves as the Director of Information and Technology, where he is responsible for Data Center and Managed Hosting Services, Corporate IT Services and telecommunications, systems security, compliance with data privacy regulations and delivery of platforms and services.
Mark has over 18 years of experience in platform management, infrastructure design, security, and management in support of global business strategies. Over his career in technology, Mark has managed and supported the International IT needs for large government and private organizations, gaining extensive experience scaling and optimizing Business IT Service Delivery.
Mark has experience maintaining SOX controls, SSAE 16 (SAS70), PCI compliance, and performing IT Risk and Compliance Audits. Previously, Mark managed Global Service Delivery teams where he defined, developed and delivered support to over 20,000 office and call center employees across 14 domestic locations and six international sites.
Mark holds a Master's of Science degree in Information Technology Security as well as CISSP, ITIL, VCP and other professional IT certifications.
